Shipping & Delivery
Most items are in stock and will ship within 1 - 2 business days, however some items may take up to 1 week to ship. If you need your order sooner or by a specific date, please see below for expedited shipping options. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.
Orders over $99 and shipping within the Continental US qualify for free ground shipping when orders are placed directly through the Pink Golf Tees store. Orders placed through Google Checkout are not eligible for free shipping at this time. All orders $98.99 and under shipped within the Continental US will be charged a flat $5.95 shipping fee. Golf bags require an additional shipping cost for Canadian customers.

If you ordered several items, we may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest service. Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping charges.
Some items are available for expedited shipping (for an additional fee), so please email us to check availability if you would like to expedite your order and the associated cost. For the quickest response, please be sure to include your shipping address and the specific item(s) you would like to order. Expedited orders will not be shipped until the shipping cost has been approved and paid.
Customers will be responsible for additional postage incurred for orders returned due to insufficient addresses, incorrect addresses or delivery refusal regardless of reason. Customers who refuse delivery and request a refund for their order will have the actual shipping cost of the package deducted from the refund amount.
Sale prices do not apply for previously purchased merchandise. Coupons must be entered at the time the order is placed in order to recieve the offer.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase and will issue an exchange or a refund with a valid receipt only. Simply <a href="mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org">email us</a> the reason for the return/exchange and the specific item(s) you need to return/exchange. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to accompany your package. All orders returned without approval or a RMA will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All orders returned to the wrong address will be charged any additional shipping costs incurred to forward return to the correct address. Products that are returned after 30 days from the date of purchase and receive pre -approval for the late return by a Pink Golf Tees representative will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Products that are returned after 30 days from the date of purchase without pre-approval will not be recognized and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right not to accept any return after 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason. All products must be in new condition, with its original packaging, tags, etc. and suitable for resale. Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping offers that you receive at the time of purchase will be deducted from the cost of returns or exchanges. Free shipping offers are not valid on returns or exchanges. All leather products and golf shoes are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Ame & Lulu products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Iconic Sport products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are issued only after merchandise has been received and processed. We are not responsible for returns not received by our warehous. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statment.

We accept all major credit cards and Google Wallet. Orders are charged at the time the order is placed. Prices are as marked. If you have a coupon code, it must be used at the time your order is placed.
