We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase and will issue an exchange or a refund with a valid receipt only. Simply contact us and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to accompany your package. All orders returned without approval or a RMA will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All orders returned to the wrong address will be charged any additional shipping costs incurred to forward return to the correct address. Products that are returned after 30 days from the date of purchase and receive pre -approval for the late return by a Pink Golf Tees representative will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Products that are returned after 30 days from the date of purchase without pre-approval will not be recognized and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right not to accept any return after 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason. All products must be in new condition, with its original packaging, tags, etc. and suitable for resale. Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping offers that you receive at the time of purchase will be deducted from the cost of returns or exchanges. Free shipping offers are not valid on returns or exchanges. All leather products and golf shoes are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Ame & Lulu products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Iconic Sport products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. There is a 10-20% restocking fee on all golf bags, depending on the brand. For questions on a specific item, please contact us.
